Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

 

We want you to be happy with your GRYD Golf purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase. Just make sure the merchandise is unused, unaltered, and has all its original tags and labels attached. We’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment or as store credit—whichever you prefer. Please note that shipping and handling fees aren’t refundable. Also, please be aware that sale items and accessories are final and can’t be returned. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:


To help guarantee a smooth and successful delivery, please double-check your shipping information during checkout, including any apartment numbers or specific delivery instructions. If you realize there’s a mistake after placing your order, don’t worry! Just email us at help@grydgolf.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make the changes (please note that we respond within 24-48 hours).


Please note that GRYD Golf LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the courier. However, we’re happy to assist you in any way we can! Once you receive your tracking number, any claims regarding shipment issues should be directed to the carrier. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. Additionally, if a package is refused, any related charges from the courier will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Delays:


While we work hard to ship your order promptly, sometimes delays happen due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or unexpected issues with the carrier. Please keep in mind that holidays aren’t counted as business days and may impact delivery times. We trust USPS and other carriers to get your order to you on time, but we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays. International Orders:


For international customers, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the most cost-effective option. Please note that GRYD Golf LLC cannot be held responsible for lost international packages. Delays may occur due to customs in your country, but we find that most packages reach their destinations without issue. For a more reliable shipping experience, we recommend choosing a trackable option at checkout.
